Study Week

Well since study week has started, about 2 days ago, I haven't even touch any of my books yet *sigh* phail.

I've played games, download movies, drive here and there, went out with my friends etc etc.. And yet I've still haven't distribute my time for studies. I really need to work hard now.

On 22/11/2010, me and the rest of MY coursemate will exprience long days without any stress or hardship.

I've started doodling domos everywhere if I have have the chance :D

A blasting weekend

Really, I had a blasting weekend.

Both last Saturday and Sunday was filled with high-pressurised gas canisters connected to a trigger action mechanism that shoots colourful exploding balls to your enemy at 250ft per second, game :D But you can call it paintball :)

Even though we lost 2 out of 3 games, the last match was fulfilling :) Scoring 98 points against an all-male team where as ours had 3 women and 2 men (as you can see below) and we're called the "Sad Marksmen".



Our leader wasn't included in this picture as he was dating had other important things to attend to. We understand his situation because we're cool like that :)

Anyway, I had fun this weekend. Can't wait to do it again.

The truth about UPM's internet

From this picture, you can tell that:

A) UPM is using has it's own Internet Service Provider (ISP). Therefore they can set on how much internet speed allowed for a student. Also if they use other ISPs, students can complain that the level of internet speed for an average universitty student is quite low. Therefore, by using UPM's own ISP, they can actually say, "NO, we provide, so stop complaining before we take back your internet privelages" or in a nicer way.

B) The download/upload/ping section of the picture tells you that THE INTERNET SPEED IS REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY SLOWWWW!!

P/S: This is the internet speed check from the library if you connect to the library's WiFi. Others I haven't checked yet. But I wont be surprise if they turn up the same :\
